7. Availability & Uptime

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portf.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your published portfolio will be taken offline and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of Portf.app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
